Covid-19 Virus Precautions
In view of the ongoing Covid-19 Virus Pandemic, we’d like to give you the following assurances re Hygiene Best Practice:
Please advise me if you or anyone in your household is shielding, or has or previously had symptoms of Covid-19 so that we can take extra precautions
If your gate is left unlocked we have no need of personal contact with you when we clean your windows. Inside cleaning is postponed until further notice. We will need to enforce the 2 metre social distancing rule whilst working at your premises, we will also wear a face mask if speaking with anyone at your premises
We wear gloves all day and these are spray cleaned between houses
Once we have wiped down the cills and frames on each house, we will not use the same cloth again for the next house. All cloths are machine washed at the end of each day
I will text, WhatsApp or email you a copy of your invoice rather than posting it through your door. We would appreciate on-line bank payment rather than cash, cheques will no longer be accepted
